What You’ll Do:

Core Database Management
Manage and maintain SQL Server instances (2008–2022) – both on-premises and Azure SQL
Performance monitoring and analysis using Query Store, wait statistics, index tuning, deadlock analysis
Maintain backup/restore strategies, security protocols, and access management (roles, permissions, encryption)

High Availability & Automation
Build and maintain HA & DR solutions – AlwaysOn, log shipping, replication
Automate processes using PowerShell, T-SQL, SQL Agent jobs, and Azure DevOps pipelines
Participate in infrastructure design and reviews for data solutions (BI, Analytics, DWH)

Strategic Projects
Lead migrations, optimizations, and capacity planning for growing environments
Work with systems handling millions of records – critical business impact guaranteed

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Skills:

3–5 years hands-on DBA experience with SQL Server
Deep knowledge of T-SQL, relational modeling, and database engine architecture
Proven experience with HA/DR technologies (AlwaysOn AG, mirroring, replication)
Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills

Bonus Points:

Experience with PowerShell, Azure SQL, Azure Monitor, DevOps tools
Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking
Self-driven and independent work style
