About the Role

We’re working with a top-tier client in the iGaming industry to find a Senior Data Scientist with a passion for player-centric design and data-driven decision-making. If you have a solid understanding of gambling platforms and want to work in a collaborative environment where your input drives product evolution — this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning algorithms and predictive models to solve business challenges and identify trends.
• Fine-tune NLP and large language models (LLMs) to align with business needs and performance goals.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in ML, NLP, and related technologies through ongoing research.
• Collaborate with data engineers and developers to build efficient data pipelines and perform robust feature engineering.
• Analyze complex datasets to extract insights and guide model development.
• Monitor and improve model performance to ensure accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
• Support deployed models by troubleshooting and ensuring their reliability in production environments.
• Document experiments, methodologies, and code to promote reproducibility and team knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years as a Data Scientist, with a strong emphasis on ML and NLP
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (preferred)
• Hands-on expertise in developing and fine-tuning LLMs
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and data mining
• Experience with data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
