Job Description

We are looking for a skilled BI/Data Analyst to strengthen our data team. In this role, you will take ownership of building and optimizing Tableau dashboards, ensuring data quality, and supporting decision-making across the business. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into meaningful insights that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Tableau dashboards with advanced visualizations and analytics
• Administer Tableau Server features, including user access and row-level security
• Monitor and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and database performance
• Validate and ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data
• Provide reporting and analytical support to internal and external stakeholders
• Define and propose new KPIs and data-driven business indicators
• Document data processes, sources, and metrics for transparency and scalability
• Partner with Data Science, DevOps, and Network teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Support project management through Jira and Confluence

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a BI/Data Analyst
• Strong hands-on expertise with Tableau; experience with Power BI, Looker, or other tools is a plus
• Advanced SQL proficiency, particularly with ClickHouse and PostgreSQL
• Exposure to Kafka, Python, and AWS Cloud (preferred)
•  Experience in the online gaming industry or with game-related metrics is an advantage
