    About the Company

    Our client, a leading player in the iGaming industry, is looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Senior Compliance Specialist to manage regulatory, licensing, and certification processes across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external authorities to ensure all products and operations fully comply with market-specific legal and regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research and analyze licensing and certification frameworks for new markets and product launches
    • Prepare, update, and maintain jurisdiction-specific compliance documentation
    • Map regulatory requirements to product features, coordinating with development teams to ensure alignment
    • Review platform reporting obligations and identify necessary regulatory integrations
    • Manage certification application processes — from preparation and submission to tracking
    • Liaise with regulatory and accreditation bodies, ensuring accurate and timely communication
    • Test and validate products to confirm compliance with applicable standards
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet organisational and regulatory goals
    • Oversee the implementation of Responsible Gaming requirements
    • Maintain and monitor trademark registrations across multiple markets
    • Coordinate game localization efforts with external partners
    • Ensure internal procedures and documentation comply with current ISO standards

    Requirements

    • Proven professional experience in the gambling/iGaming industry
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English
    • Strong analytical skills and understanding of the software development lifecycle
    • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Excellent time-management and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Previous experience in compliance or auditing is a strong advantage
