Responsibilities
Produce high-quality, production-ready code across multiple technologies (not tied to a single stack like Java or .NET).
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to key technical decisions.
Break down tasks, manage allocation, and track progress effectively.
Serve as the primary code quality gate within the team.
Ensure high performance, scalability, and operational reliability of the solution.
Facilitate team alignment and smooth coordination.
This role does not include:
Setting team direction and long-term strategy
Committing to deadlines
People management or performance evaluations
Defining long-term technical vision
Final product quality sign-off
Decisions related to promotions
Requirements
~10 years of hands-on software development experience with Java or .NET.
Strong object-oriented design skills.
Excellent SQL knowledge.
Experience with message brokers such as Kafka or equivalent.
Background as a Team Lead is considered an advantage.
Proactive, self-driven approach with ownership mindset.
Deep understanding of multithreaded applications.
Experience in building microservices-based architectures.
Very good understanding of TCP/IP and other network protocols.
Solid grasp of the HTTP protocol and related principles.
