Scope of the Role
This is a strategic and hands-on position, ideal for a Senior Project or Programme Manager with strong Agile delivery expertise. You will lead the successful execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives while also playing a key role in shaping the company’s delivery frameworks and maturing its PMO function. The role involves close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, and senior stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on value delivery, portfolio visibility, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience in leading Agile delivery at scale (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid)
Strong programme management background in tech/product environments
Familiarity with PMO frameworks, reporting, and governance
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
Comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and dashboards
Results-driven mindset with the ability to lead through ambiguity
5+ years in project/programme management roles, ideally in Agile, tech-led organisations
Fluent English – written and spoken
