Our client, a dynamic fintech company committed to empowering businesses of all sizes through simplified payment solutions, is seeking a Data Engineer to contribute to building scalable data pipelines and supporting data-driven decision-making.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Security Engineer for one of our clients — a product-driven tech company focused on building secure, scalable applications. You’ll play a key role in integrating security tools, automating code scanning, and collaborating with development teams to embed secure coding practices throughout the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and manage security tools (e.g. Snyk) and automate vulnerability scanning
• Analyze scan results, prioritize risks (CVSS), and support developers with remediation guidance
• Provide input on secure architecture, including API and auth design
• Run threat modeling sessions, code reviews, and internal security workshops

Requirements

• 2+ years in application security, ideally with a development background (PHP or .NET)
• Solid understanding of OWASP, NIST, and secure coding principles
• Experience with security tools like Snyk, SonarQube, and integration into CI/CD workflows
• Familiar with automating scans and linking results to tools like Jira

Bonus Points

• Security certifications (e.g. OSWE)
• Experience building secure SDLC processes from the ground up
