About the Company
Our client, a next-generation technology company in the iGaming industry, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile excellence across their organization. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about Agile methodologies, team empowerment, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Champion Agile principles across multiple teams and departments.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Actively identify and remove impediments to maintain team productivity.
Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized and actionable backlog.
Coach teams to achieve self-organization, accountability, and ownership.
Utilize Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, burndown charts) to drive data-informed decisions.
Align Agile strategies with broader business objectives through cross-functional collaboration.
Lead Agile transformation initiatives across the organization, promoting a culture of agility and innovation.
Who We Are Looking For
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced, complex Agile environment.
Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to drive continuous improvement.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and team coaching.
Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Miro.
Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead through influence.
