    Our Client

    Our client is a leading online gaming technology company that designs and delivers high-quality digital entertainment products across global markets. To strengthen their Online Games division, they are looking for a data-driven and proactive Risk Management Specialist to develop and lead risk monitoring and prevention processes within the organization.

     

    Responsibilities

    Establish and manage Risk Management processes to monitor gaming activity and detect potential threats or irregularities.

    Analyze large volumes of player and gameplay data to identify patterns, suspicious behaviors, or fraudulent activity.

    Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track risk levels and trends.

    Collaborate closely with Game Design, Product, and Operations teams to proactively flag mathematical or balance issues in games.

    Define risk thresholds, escalation protocols, and mitigation strategies.

    Act as a subject matter expert on risk-related decisions, providing guidance to various departments.

    Propose and implement automation tools and data monitoring solutions for improved efficiency.

    Develop documentation, best practices, and internal policies for the Risk Management function.

     

    Requirements

    Proven experience in risk management, fraud prevention, or data analysis within the iGaming, Casino, or Sports Betting industry.

    Strong analytical and statistical abilities with expertise in data interpretation and anomaly detection.

    Solid understanding of player behavior, bonus abuse, and fraud patterns.

    Knowledge of game mathematics and RTP models is considered a strong advantage.

    Proficiency in SQL and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

    Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.

    Experience in designing and documenting processes from scratch.

    Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
