    Key Responsibilities

    Establish and oversee Risk Management processes for monitoring gaming activity and potential threats.

    Develop and maintain reports on player behavior and risk to detect potential abuse or fraudulent activity.

    Conduct in-depth analysis of gaming data to identify irregularities or suspicious behavior early.

    Collaborate with Game Design, Product, and Operations teams to provide early alerts on balance or mathematical issues in new games.

    Define risk thresholds, KPIs, and escalation protocols for ongoing monitoring.

    Serve as the point of expertise for risk-related decisions across departments.

    Propose and implement dashboards, tools, and automation to enhance monitoring efficiency.

    Document policies, processes, and best practices for the Risk Management function.

     

    Requirements

    Proven experience in risk management, fraud prevention, data analysis, or related roles within iGaming, casino, or sportsbook environments.

    Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and detect anomalies.

    Understanding of player behavior, bonus abuse, and exploitation patterns is an advantage.

    Familiarity with game mathematics and RTP models is a plus.

    Proficiency in SQL and BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

    Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and independent decision-making skills.

    Strong communication abilities to collaborate with technical, product, and operational teams.

    Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of designing scalable processes from scratch.
