Key Responsibilities
Lead the Agile Release Train (ART) with clarity, confidence, and a bias for action.
Facilitate PI Planning, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and other critical SAFe ceremonies.
Promote cross-team collaboration, aligning delivery efforts with strategic business objectives.
Identify and remove systemic impediments while driving continuous improvement across the value stream.
Partner with Product Management and System Architects to maintain a clear vision and ensure strategic alignment.
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and organizational leaders in Lean-Agile principles and flow thinking.
Use flow metrics, velocity, and predictability to support data-driven decision making.
Ensure delivery remains transparent, predictable, and focused on maximizing customer value.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or similar Agile leadership role.
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in large-scale Agile transformations is advantageous.
Knowledge of continuous delivery, DevOps, and automation practices is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Relevant certifications such as SAFe RTE, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach are a plus.
