Our client is a leading technology company within the online gaming and payments industry, developing innovative platforms and digital products used by customers worldwide. As part of its growth, the organization is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join the Platform & Payments Department and drive Agile excellence across multiple product teams.
Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) ensuring smooth, predictable, and value-driven delivery.
Plan and coordinate PI Planning, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and other SAFe ceremonies.
Foster strong collaboration between teams, aligning releases with business objectives and strategic goals.
Identify and remove systemic impediments while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Partner closely with Product Management and System Architecture teams to maintain clear alignment and shared vision.
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership in Lean-Agile principles and flow optimization.
Use flow metrics, velocity, and predictability data to support evidence-based decision-making.
Maintain transparency and visibility across all delivery activities, ensuring consistent focus on customer value.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or in a similar Agile leadership position.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
Excellent facilitation, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
Experience in large-scale Agile transformations is considered an advantage.
Knowledge of DevOps, automation, and continuous delivery practices is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Relevant certifications such as SAFe RTE, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach are preferred.
