About the Company

Our client is a leading tech company specializing in online gaming products. Their portfolio includes Casino Games, Sportsbooks, and an all-in-one Gambling Platform. The organization is part of a globally recognized group with operations in 25 countries and products deployed

across 85+ jurisdictions worldwide. The company is rapidly expanding in the dynamic iGaming industry and is looking to strengthen its Platform & Payments Department with passionate and driven professionals

Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
• Predict resource needs and guide team members to effectively achieve project goals.
• Support internal teams (developers, support teams, QA engineers, etc.) and external stakeholders (clients, partners, vendors).
• Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders, covering strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform risk management to mitigate potential risks.
• Oversee project estimation, tracking, reporting, and delivery timelines to ensure highquality results.
• Align stakeholders towards shared goals through regular meetings and feedback sessions.
• Manage and track team velocity, financials, and KPIs to meet established plans.
• Escalate delivery impediments, risks, and changes tied to product development initiatives.
• Lead and develop team members to align with the organization’s mission.

Who We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience in the gambling industry is advantageous.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with SAFe is a plus.
• Solid understanding of the software delivery life cycle.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of resolving complex issues.
• Certification in SAFe, PMI, or Scrum Master is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• A collaborative team player with a fast-learning mindset.
