About the Role

We’re hiring a Program Manager for a global leader in the iGaming industry. As Program Manager, you’ll oversee multiple cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives in the fast-paced world of iGaming. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across product, compliance, development, and executive leadership — aligning teams, managing risks, and delivering complex programs on time and within budget.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in Program or Project Management in a tech company, ideally in iGaming, or B2B SaaS
• Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem (casino, sportsbook, regulations, compliance)
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team programs
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Leadership skills with a track record of cross-team collaboration
• Experience with tools like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving approach

Nice To Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
• Certifications like PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile PM
