Your Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver critical programs and projects on time, within budget, and in scope
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, and risk assessments
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including executive leadership and external partners
• Champion best practices in program delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate across departments (Product, Development, Compliance, Legal) to define goals and ensure alignment
• Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, vendors, and clients
• Resolve conflicts and manage stakeholder expectations with clarity and diplomacy
• Promote transparency and foster a collaborative, cross-functional work environment
• Track and report KPIs and progress metrics, ensuring program visibility and accountability
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation throughout the program lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in iGaming or tech industries
• Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) are a strong advantage
• Experience with SaaS or B2B platforms in iGaming is a significant plus
• Strong grasp of the iGaming ecosystem, including casino, sports betting, and compliance
• Proven ability to lead and deliver multiple complex programs simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills – able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Leadership qualities that foster teamwork, motivation, and accountability
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar
