Our client is a leading-edge technology company transforming the iGaming landscape. Operating in over 25 countries and delivering products across 85+ jurisdictions, the company offers top-quality Casino Games, Sportsbook solutions, and a robust gambling platform. With ongoing expansion, they’re now looking for a seasoned automation expert to lead innovation within their Platform & Payments division.

About the Role

We are looking for a Principal Automation QA to join the Platform & Payments Department. You will define and own the company’s automation strategy. This is a leadership-level role where you’ll architect scalable frameworks, drive testing excellence across squads, and mentor cross-functional teams. Your work will directly influence the quality and speed of software delivery by integrating advanced automation practices into the development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and lead the automation strategy across multiple engineering squads
• Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks in C#/.NET using SpecFlow (Reqnroll), NUnit, and Playwright (or Selenium)
• Create robust API testing layers using RestSharp, incorporating contract-based and data-driven testing
• Integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Mentor QA and dev teams on reusable code practices, architecture, and testing standards
• Define and track automation KPIs, test flakiness metrics, and coverage analytics
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Architecture to integrate quality early in the SDLC
• Establish and enforce code quality standards across components, service layers, and page objects

Your Background

• 10+ years in software QA, with at least 5 years in automation architecture (C#/.NET)
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role guiding multiple teams
• Deep expertise in SpecFlow (Reqnroll), NUnit, Playwright/Selenium, and REST/GraphQL API testing
• Strong CI/CD experience: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Allure, ReportPortal, etc.
• Proven ability to lead automation governance and implement scalable best practices
• Agile mindset with experience in Scrum, Kanban, shift-left testing, feature flags, and trunk-based development
