Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance and automation testing
• Experience in team leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with tools like JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner
• Strong coding/scripting skills in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
• Experience working with cloud platforms like GCP (preferred), AWS, or Azure
• Understanding of container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and Docker
• Fluent English
