About the Role
We are seeking a Performance Engineer to join the company’s growing technology division. You’ll help ensure that their systems are fast, scalable, and reliable. You’ll lead efforts to identify performance bottlenecks, define and execute robust test strategies, and collaborate across departments to optimize digital payment platforms. This is a high-impact role that directly supports the seamless experience of thousands of end users and merchants.
Your Background
5+ years of experience in performance and automation testing
Hands-on experience with tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, NeoLoad, or OctoPerf
Solid programming or scripting skills in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with performance tuning (e.g., query optimization, indexing)
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
Confident communicator, capable of explaining technical findings to both tech and non-tech audiences
Nice to Have
Experience with APM tools (Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics)
Familiarity with monitoring solutions like Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or Splunk
Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
Experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
Knowledge of network latency, I/O tuning, and system resource management
Exposure to public cloud platforms (especially GCP, but also AWS or Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes
