Key Responsibilities

Analyze organizational needs to design and optimize network infrastructure.

Plan, implement, manage, and monitor LAN and WAN networks according to company requirements and budget.

Utilize network management, analysis, and troubleshooting tools to ensure high performance and reliability.

Collaborate with IT, DevOps, SRE, and Security teams to design and enforce security policies.

Provide operational support to update network configurations or resolve issues promptly.

Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, maps, processes, and service records.

Develop and document internal procedures related to the network and supported systems.

Work with vendors and manufacturers for equipment and software selection.

Participate in on-call schedules to ensure continuous network availability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Strong expertise in network technologies and architectures.

Experience with vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Dell, Fortinet, Mikrotik.

Deep knowledge of BGP, OSPF, Static Routing, Firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPNs, dot1X, Spanning-tree, and other networking protocols.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and services like AWS and Cloudflare.

Experience with Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, or scripting is a plus.

Excellent command of English, written and spoken.

Networking certifications are an advantage.

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.

Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset.

Detail-oriented with high organizational skills.
