Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentor the team, promoting .NET best practices and secure coding standards
• Lead development of backend services for CRM and bonus modules
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring maintainable, scalable, and SOLID-based solutions
• Collaborate with architects and product owners on technical design and backlog refinement
• Identify and lead refactoring efforts to improve performance and scalability
• Drive PoCs, technical spikes, and architectural enablers to reduce risk
• Champion CI/CD, automation, and improved development tooling
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize production systems
• Work in a multi-team Agile (SAFe) setup, ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery
• Support incident management and maintain clear technical documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years with .NET Framework & .NET Core
• Strong experience designing and delivering distributed, high-availability systems
• Knowledge of real-time data processing and low-latency applications
• Solid background in event-driven architecture and messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle) and ORMs (EF, Dapper, NHibernate)
• Familiarity with Redis or Aerospike for in-memory data
• Hands-on with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
• Strong focus on security and clean coding principles
• Previous experience mentoring developers and driving technical improvements
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in Agile environments
