Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer who will take ownership of CI/CD processes, Kubernetes environments, monitoring systems, and infrastructure security. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in automated, high-availability environments and enjoys building reliable, secure, and scalable systems supporting mission-critical applications.

Responsibilities

Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab to support stable, automated delivery.

Drive infrastructure automation and enhance tooling, reliability, and security.

Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads across cloud and on-prem.

Build and maintain system dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics in Grafana.

Implement proactive monitoring, resource tracking, and logging solutions.

Ensure stable, secure, and developer-friendly environments.

Resolve infrastructure incidents and minimize downtime.

Monitor vulnerabilities and apply patches, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Maintain detailed documentation across systems and best practices.

Manage firewall rules, VPN access, Cloudflare protections, and identity/security setups.

Requirements

Proven background in DevOps, SRE, or systems/infrastructure engineering.

Hands-on expertise with:

• Kubernetes clusters & deployments
• Docker images and container workflows
• GitLab CI/CD or similar automation pipelines
• Nexus / artifact management systems
• Grafana dashboards & alerting
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and bare metal operations.
• Deep understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, VPNs, and secure access.
• Experience with infrastructure security, vulnerability scanning, and incident response.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL backup strategies and environment migrations.
• Scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, Python) for automating operational tasks.
