Your Role

As a Data Infrastructure Engineer / DataOps Specialist, you’ll help build, maintain, and optimize large-scale database infrastructure. You’ll support development teams with best practices, enhance platform performance, and contribute to the architecture of future data platforms. You’ll work with tools like Ansible, Git, Grafana, Python, and more to automate and monitor data environments.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize database servers and infrastructure

Support development teams with database guidance

Monitor and tune performance

Collaborate on data-related code improvements

Contribute to architectural design of future platforms

Use automation and monitoring tools for system stability

Requirements

1–3 years in infrastructure DBA or DataOps roles (Oracle, Vertica, Cassandra, MySQL, MariaDB) – must

1–2 years working with Linux servers – must

1+ year of automation with Python and/or Ansible – must

Ability to work independently and in a team – must

Strong motivation to learn and adapt – must

Nice to Have

Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, Kubernetes)

Hands-on with AWS or VMware

Familiarity with AWS data platforms

Basic understanding of ETL pipelines

Experience in performance tuning and debugging

Bachelor’s in a technical field
