This is a high-profile Team Lead position designed for proven engineers who have hands-on experience with architecture, leadership, and modern Java-based distributed systems.

What You’ll Do:

Lead a team of senior software engineers building real-time systems used directly by traders and quantitative analysts;

Drive architectural decisions and hands-on implementation of scalable, distributed systems using Java, Kafka, Docker, and more;

Act as the key technical liaison between engineering, quant teams, and business stakeholders.

Required Profile:

8+ years of professional experience with Java and related technologies;

3+ years of leadership experience: managing engineers, owning delivery, and supporting career development;

Strong background in multithreaded systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures;

Proven experience with CI/CD, containerization, and modern dev workflows;

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
