Our client

Our client is an innovative fintech company headquartered in a major U.S. financial center, delivering a next-generation wealth management platform that seamlessly integrates portfolio management, advisor tools, and operational support. Designed to simplify and enhance the advisor experience, the platform brings together technology, investments, and back-office functionality in one intuitive solution.

Required Experience and Skills

3+ years of experience in enterprise-level Java development
Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Experience with Git, version control, and collaborative workflows (e.g., pull requests, code reviews)
Strong problem-solving skills and a self-motivated mindset
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Nice to Have

Familiarity with message-driven architectures
Experience working with Oracle and Hibernate
Test-driven development (TDD) background
Knowledge of actor-based concurrency models
Exposure to financial or investment platforms
