About the Company 

A fast-growing tech company in the iGaming sector, focused on developing next-generation online gaming products including casino games, sportsbooks, and full-service gambling platforms. With operations in over 85 global jurisdictions and a solid presence in the gaming industry, the company is rapidly expanding and investing in innovation. The Payments Gateway Team is now looking for a motivated Integration Manager to join their mission of delivering secure, seamless payment experiences.

About the Role

As an Integration Manager, you will lead projects related to integrating payment service providers (PSPs), ensuring smooth collaboration between developers, partners, and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will span from project coordination and QA to support, risk handling, and relationship management with third-party vendors.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the full PSP integration pipeline and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to streamline processes
• Oversee incident management and post-incident reviews
• Maintain strong documentation and technical standards
• Support delivery of new features in the payment domain

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of API integration, including RESTful APIs, web services, and tools such as Postman or Swagger
• Familiarity with programming concepts and data formats (JSON, JavaScript, PHP – coding not required, but helpful)
• Experience with payment gateways and processors like Stripe, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, etc.
• Solid knowledge of payment processing flows including authorization, settlement, refunds, chargebacks
• Understanding of data encryption, security protocols, and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2)
• Previous experience in vendor and stakeholder management, preferably in fintech or iGaming
• Strong project management skills, including coordination across teams, resource planning, and deadline tracking
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills to work across technical and non-technical teams
• Adaptive and curious mindset, staying informed on payment industry trends and technologies
• Experience leading a team or coordinating with integration specialists is a plus
