Our client is a technology-driven iGaming company developing online casino games.

They focus on innovation, quality, and player engagement, combining creative design, data insights, and modern technologies to build high-performing gaming products.

We’re looking for a Game Designer to own the design of casino games from concept to launch.

You’ll work on core mechanics, UX flows, and game performance, balancing creativity with data-driven decisions.

What you’ll do

Design game mechanics, systems, and UX flows focused on engagement and retention

Analyze game performance and translate data into design improvements

Create concepts for new slot games and game features

Maintain clear design documentation across multiple projects

Lead games through concept, production, and release

Run regular reviews to ensure design quality and consistency

Collaborate closely with development, math, and art teams

Track industry trends and player behavior

What we’re looking for

3+ years experience as a Game Designer in iGaming

Strong knowledge of slot mechanics and math models

Experience leading creative and technical design discussions

Analytical mindset and ability to work with performance data

Strong communication and documentation skills

Passion for games and attention to visual detail

Nice to have:

Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine

Background in mathematics or art
