Full Stack Java/Node Developer – React Frontend

About the Company

Duties of the role:

• Develop and maintain full stack web applications using Java, Node.js, and React.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services with scalability and performance in mind.
• Build responsive, intuitive front-end interfaces and reusable components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Continuously improve application performance, stability, and security.

Required skills:

• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks).
• Solid experience with Node.js, including Express.js or similar.
• Hands-on knowledge of React and modern front-end practices (e.g. hooks, state management, component-based architecture).
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (e.g. Docker).
• Understanding of basic DevOps and deployment practices is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
