    Our client, a leading company in the iGaming sector, is seeking a meticulous and proactive Compliance Specialist to manage regulatory, licensing, and certification processes across multiple jurisdictions. This position requires close collaboration with both internal teams and external authorities to ensure products and operations comply with market-specific legal and regulatory standards.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research and assess licensing and certification requirements for new markets and product launches.
    • Prepare, update, and maintain jurisdiction-specific compliance documentation.
    • Align regulatory requirements with product features, coordinating development changes as needed.
    • Review platform reporting obligations and identify necessary regulatory integrations.
    • Prepare, submit, and track certification applications.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact with regulatory and accreditation bodies, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
    • Test and verify product compliance with applicable standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables align with company objectives.
    • Implement and monitor Responsible Gaming requirements in coordination with development teams.
    • Manage and maintain trademark registrations across multiple markets.
    • Coordinate game localisation efforts with external vendors.
    • Ensure internal processes and documentation comply with current ISO standards.

     

    Requirements

    • Demonstrated professional experience in the gambling or iGaming industry.
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
    • Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
    • Strong organisational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Prior experience in compliance or auditing is an advantage.
