    Our client, a leading company in the iGaming sector, is seeking a meticulous and proactive Compliance Specialist to manage regulatory, licensing, and certification processes across multiple jurisdictions. This position requires close collaboration with both internal teams and external authorities to ensure products and operations comply with market-specific legal and regulatory standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research and analyse licensing and certification frameworks for new market entries and product launches.
    • Prepare, update, and maintain compliance documentation tailored to each jurisdiction.
    • Map regulatory requirements to product features, identifying and coordinating necessary development actions.
    • Review platform reporting obligations and determine any required regulatory integrations.
    • Manage the preparation, submission, and tracking of certification applications.
    • Liaise with regulatory and accreditation bodies, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
    • Test and validate product compliance against applicable standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align deliverables with organisational goals.
    • Review and implement Responsible Gaming requirements, coordinating with development teams as needed.
    • Oversee and maintain trademark registrations in multiple markets.
    • Coordinate game localisation efforts with third-party providers.
    • Ensure internal procedures and documentation remain compliant with current ISO standards.

     

    Requirements

    • Proven professional experience in the gambling/iGaming industry.
    • Excellent written and spoken English.
    • Strong analytical skills and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
    • High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
    • Exceptional time management and clear communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Previous experience in compliance or auditing will be considered an advantage.
