Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing online gaming technology company delivering cutting-edge gaming products and advanced data-driven solutions to global markets. To support the company’s continued growth and data initiatives, the Online Games division is looking for an analytical and proactive BI Specialist to enhance reporting capabilities and ensure the reliability of key business insights.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports, ensuring clear visualization and usability for business stakeholders.
Support Tableau Server administration and help manage Row-Level Security (RLS).
Perform data quality checks and contribute to improving the overall data integrity and reliability.
Provide data analysis and actionable insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes, data streams, and database performance.
Participate in defining and refining business indicators and KPIs.
Create and maintain documentation for data sources, processes, and metrics.
Collaborate closely with technical teams including Data Science, DevOps, and Network.
Contribute to optimizing team workflows using Jira and Confluence.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a BI or Data Analyst.
Proven expertise with Tableau (experience with Power BI, Looker, or Qlik is a plus).
Strong SQL knowledge and hands-on experience with relational databases (preferably ClickHouse or PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with Kafka, Python, or AWS Cloud (experience in at least one is an advantage).
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Previous experience in the iGaming, Casino, or Online Entertainment industry is strongly preferred.
