Responsibilities

Build, enhance, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports, ensuring they deliver clear and actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Assist in Tableau Server administration, including managing permissions and implementing row-level security (RLS).

Take responsibility for data validation and quality assurance, driving continuous improvements in data consistency and reliability.

Provide data-driven support and insights to both internal teams and external partners.

Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot ETL processes, data pipelines, and database performance issues.

Contribute to defining and refining key business metrics and performance indicators (KPIs).

Develop and maintain thorough documentation of data models, workflows, and metrics definitions.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Data Science, DevOps, and Network Engineering.

Actively participate in improving team processes and documentation standards in Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a BI or Data Analyst role.

Strong expertise in Tableau (experience with Power BI, Looker, or Qlik is an advantage).

Proficient in SQL, with hands-on experience in relational databases (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL preferred).

Familiarity with Kafka, Python, or AWS Cloud — practical experience in at least one is considered a plus.

Able to work independently on assigned deliverables while collaborating effectively in cross-functional environments.
