What You’ll Do

Become a player experience expert – Develop deep understanding of end-to-end player journeys and needs

Bridge business and tech – Translate global and local product requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications

Stay ahead of the curve – Research and analyze industry trends across different markets

Drive data-driven decisions – Develop and implement meaningful reports and analytics that shape strategy

Identify opportunities – Propose improvements to analysis processes and decision-making frameworks

Manage risks – Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential challenges

Support Product Teams – Collaborate with Product Owners on user story definition and data analysis

Research markets – Conduct competitive analysis on trends, gameplay, and market dynamics

What You Need

Essential:

3+ years of experience in a similar role within the gambling industry

Focus on B2B platform technology or experience with gambling operators

Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset

Delivery-focused approach with strong self-management skills

Proactive, can-do attitude and natural initiative

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred:

Computer science education background
