Your Key Responsibilities:

• Stay current with platform features and core product capabilities
• Translate customer requests into detailed, actionable functional requirements
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Architects for alignment and clarity
• Identify and mitigate business and technical risks
• Research market trends and gameplay to guide platform development
• Understand and map the end-to-end player journey and behavior
• Produce data-driven reports to support strategic decisions
• Continuously improve requirements gathering and analysis processes

Who We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the B2B gambling/iGaming sector or a gambling operator
• Background in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a delivery-focused mindset
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• A collaborative and adaptable team player with a can-do attitude
