About the Role

We’re working with a top-tier client in the iGaming industry to find a Business Analyst with a passion for player-centric design and data-driven decision-making. If you have a solid understanding of gambling platforms and want to work in a collaborative environment where your input drives product evolution — this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of core platform functionalities and features
• Translate customer needs and business objectives into detailed, actionable requirements
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Architects to shape product direction
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in the product lifecycle
• Conduct market research on trends, player behavior, and gameplay across different regions
• Analyze player journeys and propose insights to enhance end-to-end experience
• Support strategic decision-making through reporting and performance analytics
• Continuously improve processes to support smarter, data-backed development

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in B2B iGaming platforms or with gambling operators
• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and structured thinking
• Proactive and self-managed with a strong delivery mindset
• Excellent communication in English, both spoken and written
• Can-do attitude and a team player who thrives in dynamic environments
