    Key Responsibilities

    Act as the primary contact for new clients regarding affiliate software and platform integration.

    Gather, assess, and document client-specific requirements, including tracking, commission structures, reporting, and other functional needs.

    Translate client requirements into clear technical specifications for internal teams.

    Coordinate day-to-day communication between clients, internal stakeholders, and external integration partners.

    Track integration progress and clarify evolving requirements.

    Provide hands-on training and support materials to ensure clients can efficiently use the integrated system.

    Support clients during go-live, addressing initial usage questions and issues.

     

    Requirements

    Experience in affiliate marketing, technical project/account management, or platform integration.

    Familiarity with third-party affiliate platforms; experience with MyAffiliates is a plus.

    Strong skills in requirement gathering, technical documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

    Basic understanding of tracking technologies (e.g., postbacks, pixels) and affiliate program operations.

    Experience in system testing, QA, or training delivery is advantageous.
