We are looking for experienced QA Engineers for an exciting opportunity with a client in a multinational team, collaborating with internal and external experts, to work alongside developers and system administrators to build cutting-edge solutions and ensure high system availability and automation.
Responsibilities:
– Execute and document test scenarios for web and backend applications.
– Review and analyze system logs to identify root causes of issues.
– Test REST APIs using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or curl.
– Perform functional and integration testing.
– Create and maintain test cases and test data.
– Work with defect tracking systems (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
– Support development and maintenance teams with problem analysis and issue reproduction.
Requirements:
– Basic programming knowledge (ability to read and understand code in Java, JavaScript, or similar languages).
– Understanding of the HTTP protocol and methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE).
– Experience using API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, curl).
– Ability to analyze logs and identify errors in stack traces.
– Basic SQL skills (SELECT, UPDATE for data validation).
– Understanding of client-server architecture and networking fundamentals.
– Familiarity with Git (basic commands) and Linux/Unix environments (shell basics).
– Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
– Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).
– Understanding of CI/CD processes (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
– Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (Grafana, Kibana, Splunk).
– Basic knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes.
– Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
