Junior Capture Manager (Part-time)

Pwrteams is currently looking to hire a Junior Capture Manager for Nortal, our mother company.

You will join our International Bid Management and get to support the growing team in end-to-end opportunity identification and pre-tender positioning – primarily, but not exclusively in specific areas like Cyber Security & Defence.

We are looking for someone to act as a vital link between published tenders from various sources and our business area experts. If you have an eye for details and can clearly present the most important facts, you will make sure that the tender identification and evaluation process runs smoothly.

Please keep in mind that this is a part-time position.

What you’ll do:

• Be at the heart of our international tender identification and evaluating process and work closely with Sales, Strategy and the Bid Management Team to proactively shape and pursue high-value tenders early in the lifecycle
• Be the go-to person for our business areas, to identify and qualify incoming tenders based on Nortal’s strategic focus areas and capabilities
• Support in tender identification related data procurement and maintenance
• Support in optimizing and evaluating demand-oriented search portals/sources

What we’re looking for:

• Experience and/or interest in topics like defence and cyber security – don’t be “afraid” of the terminology and willing to familiarize with the topics
• You have a C1 level knowledge of written and spoken English
• You are familiar at using common Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word
• You may already have some experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence as well as HubSpot – would be an advantage, but not a criterion for exclusion
• You are open to learning and using new tools
• You are characterized by structured thinking, a high degree of accuracy and an independent and focused way of working
• You have a high level of quality awareness for your work
• You have a healthy dose of humor
