UX Designers are responsible for conceptualizing usable, useful, and emotionally engaging user experiences. They accomplish this by iteratively improving designs based on user insights from research and testing, as well as integrating contributions from their teammates.
Natural UX Designers are selfless and compassionate towards users. When facing adversity, they communicate dispassionately and diplomatically. They have a zeal for self-improvement, and their inquisitiveness drives them to experiment with new approaches. In addition, UX Designers are eager for feedback and coaching from senior team members.
Successful UX Designers frequently engage in activities that help them learn about user workflows and behaviors. They design efficiently using the right technique(s) for a given problem, and with a clear progression from physical/low-fidelity to digital/high-fidelity. Over time, user feedback and product metrics (user adoption, satisfaction, and retention) should improve from their efforts.
