    A Day in the Life of the UI Designer – About the role

    Responsibilities 

    • Design new and existing PROS products and features.
    • Help drive and refine the design language and experience of PROS applications. Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, user research, and other teams.
    • Participate in design reviews and other company-wide design efforts.
    • Adapt design strategies to take advantage of user research, analytics, and client feedback.
    • Contribute to and maintain the PROS application style guide.

    Required Qualifications – About you

    We are looking for candidates who possess the combination of the following achievements, skills and behaviors:  

    • Experience designing and building products for the web and mobile
    • Strong visual design skills (including layout, typography, iconography, color theory and use of imagery)
    • Experience working in an agile environment within UX and product teams
    • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects on tight deadlines without compromising quality
    • The following experience is desirable but not required for this role: HTML and CSS coding, Flash, presentation design, email and landing page design
