About the Team
Join our dynamic Sales Engineering team within the Digital Experience CX organization, where we support two flagship product lines – Sitefinity (our CMS and DXP platform) and DevTools (including Telerik and Kendo UI). We work closely with Account Executives, Product Managers, and Marketing to deliver compelling technical value to prospects and customers. Our team thrives on collaboration, continuous learning, and cross-functional engagement.
The Sitefinity Sales Engineer (SE) supports pre-sales efforts by delivering tailored demos, conducting technical discovery calls, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive customer success and adoption. The SE plays a critical role in enabling partners, supporting RFPs and POCs, and influencing the product roadmap through customer feedback.
In this role, you will:
Deliver tailored product demos and proof-of-concepts for Sitefinity, adapting to customer use cases.
Participate in discovery calls to understand customer requirements and document technical needs.
Assist in crafting RFP responses and technical documentation with guidance from senior SEs.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align messaging and demo strategy.
Contribute to internal enablement materials such as demo scripts and onboarding guides.
Engage in structured onboarding and cross-training to build proficiency across both product lines.
Represent Sitefinity at events and briefings
Your background:
First experiences with Sales Engineering or 2+ years of experience in Technical Consulting, Software Development, Technical Customer Support, Customer Success or related roles.
Strong presentation skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills
Understanding of CMS platforms and web development practices
Understanding of web security standards, performance optimization, and SEO best practices.
Familiarity with ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Cloud providers (Azure/AWS/GCP) ideal
Experience with live streaming, video editing or other online content production is a plus
Sitefinity experience is a strong plus.
