We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Blazor team. The team develops rich set of UI components designed specifically for Blazor that let developers build web interfaces without writing JavaScript.
Blazor is a .NET web framework using C#/Razor and HTML that runs in the browser with WebAssembly. We are the first to market with UI components for Blazor. Currently, there are about 110+ components in our Telerik UI for Blazor product, with more being added every month. Our components are completely native to ensure a shorter development cycle, quick iteration and cut time to market. The team is also actively developing Blazor REPL – a playground where you can write and run Blazor code directly in your browser.
In this role, you will:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Blazor UI components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
Optimize the performance of UI components to ensure smooth and efficient user experiences.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and mentoring junior engineers.
Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers or QA team.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web development.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of team workflows and development processes.
Your background:
Solid experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub Actions
Good spoken and written English
Previous experience creating UI components (no matter the platform) is a plus
Eagerness to learn and improve
Focus and knowledge for writing optimized, high performance and memory efficient code
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including SAFe and Scrum
