    Printec is a leading Technology Solutions Provider and Systems Integrator in Southeastern Europe, specializing in providing end-to-end solutions for Banking, Retail, and Telecommunications industries. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects. This includes defining project scope, creating detailed plans, managing budgets and resources, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring quality deliverables.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Drives project implementation from initiation to completion, based on the agreed scope and in accordance with the contracted timeframes and budget, coordinating assigned project staff.
    • Manages project objectives & controls changes, involving all relevant stakeholders
    • Serves as a client facing contact for all aspects of the projects, facilitating customer requests and acceptances.
    • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
    • Contributes to continuous release planning process and deliverables ensuring adherence to guidelines.
    • Uses project management methodologies to monitor and track project performance, escalating when there are high risk issues difficult to solve.
    • Documents and communicates regularly project status, obstacles, risks, and mitigation actions to management.
    • Organizes and leads project conference calls and meetings, recording meeting minutes and ensuring timely completion of allocated tasks.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration or related field.
    • Minimum 4 years working experience as project manager.
    • Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken.
    • PMP or Prince 2 certification (nice to have).
    • Exposure to SDLC best practices.
    • Working experience with SCRUM (nice to have).
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
    • Strong ability to create relationships based on trust.
    • Negotiation & People Management skills.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
