Technical Expertise

• Java: 5+ years of professional experience in Java (preferably Java 17 or higher).
• Spring Ecosystem: In-depth knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related libraries (Spring Security, Spring Data, etc.).
• Microservices: Hands-on experience in architecting and building distributed systems using a microservices approach.
• AWS: Proficiency in AWS services for deployment, storage, and networking (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, etc.).
• Containers: Solid understanding of Docker; experience with Kubernetes, AWS ECS, or EKS for container orchestration.
• Git: Strong familiarity with Git, branching strategies, and pull request workflows.

Experience

• Work History: 5+ years of professional backend development, preferably in startup or fast-paced environments.
• System Design: Demonstrated experience designing scalable, maintainable, and fault-tolerant backend architectures.
• Agile Methodologies: Proven track record of delivering features in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• DevOps & Automation: Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
• Messaging: Experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar technologies.
• Database Optimization: Understanding of SQL/NoSQL performance tuning, indexing strategies.
• Security: Familiarity with security best practices, OWASP guidelines, and identity management solutions (OAuth, JWT).
