Senior QA Engineer

Now we’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our team and play a key role in shaping how we release and assure the quality of our product. This is a role with direct impact: you’ll organize and coordinate releases, drive QA best practices, and implement automation that ensures our ERP SaaS is stable, scalable, and always delivering value to clients.

What you’ll do:

• Organize and coordinate the full release process across teams
• Manage deployments of Change Requests and track their delivery
• Collaborate with developers to maintain a robust unit testing systеm
• Design, build, and implement automated end-to-end web tests
• Introduce and enforce QA best practices across the team
• Actively improve the CI/CD pipeline and quality controls

What you bring:

• 4–5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, including 2+ years in a senior/lead role
• Proven experience in release management and Change Requests
• Strong background in automated testing of web applications
• Solid understanding of unit testing principles and best practices
• Proficiency with QA tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
• Experience with CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of performance and security testing
• Previous experience building QA processes from the ground up
