For the IT Division Postbank is searching for a motivated:

Senior System Administrator – Windows

Key Responsibilities

Plan, install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022/2025) ensuring high availability and security.

Administer and monitor Active Directory Services (AD DS, AD CS, AD LDS, KMS) including design and implementation.

Manage Microsoft Exchange (on-premises and Online) and Office 365 suite (Azure AD, MS Teams, Purview, Intune).

Oversee virtualization and clustering technologies: Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware ESXi, Microsoft Cluster Services.

Implement and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, PKI infrastructure, and File Share Services.

Plan and execute Patch Management for Windows Servers and related infrastructure to ensure compliance and security.

Participate in system architecture planning, deployment, and optimization of servers, storage, and clusters.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and internal procedures for supported systems.

Ensure compliance with business continuity, security standards, and operational best practices.

Requirements

Education: University degree in Information Technology or related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Windows Server administration and enterprise IT environments.

Strong expertise in Azure Cloud, Microsoft Exchange 2019/Online, and Office 365 services.

Solid knowledge of virtualization and clustering (Hyper-V, VMware).

Familiarity with business process improvement and IT governance principles.

Experience in financial institutions is an advantage.

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Certifications: Microsoft Certified (Server or Messaging) preferred.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a team-oriented environment.
