We are looking for dynamic, motivated and responsible person for the position of:

IT Service Management & Design Specialist

Your role:

Manage and execute the strategy and activities of IT Service Design & Management Section, including but not limited to the following duties:

A subject matter expert responsible for the design, transition, daily oversight and governance of Eurobank Bulgaria’s ITIL based ITSM process framework including Configuration and Asset mgmt., Service Level mgmt., Service Catalogue mgmt., Incident, Problem, Change, Event mgmt. and Request fulfillment.

Development, implementation, configuration and documentation of ITSM processes, tools, and custom solutions, leaning on industry best practices and their coordination and alignment with the other sections and departments within and outside of IT division.

Maintain and troubleshoot the delivered solutions;

Monitor and report the effectiveness and efficiency of IT Service Management (ITSM) Processes provided by IT to Eurobank Bulgaria’s Business Units (SLAs, KPIs, OLAs).

Applying Continual Service Improvement to remediate process gaps and grasp improvement opportunities;

Supports the IT Architecture and Cost Management processes;

Requirements:

University degree in Computer science, Economics, or related.

Excellent command in English – written and spoken.

Experience in the implementation of IT enterprise software solutions;

Solid knowledge in ITSM processes ,IT Service Lifecycle, applications and technology;

Knowledge in the configuration and administration of ITSM solutions (Jira Service Management would be considered as strong advantage);

Certification in ITIL would be considered as strong advantage;

Experience on a similar position;

Good knowledge in project delivery and software development methodologies;

Strong troubleshooting and support skills;

Strong analytical and problem solving skills;

Proficient in MS Office package;

Self-motivated and eager to learn new things every day;

Jira administration knowledge is a nice to have
