    Postbank has over 30-years’ presence as one of the leaders in Bulgaria’s banking sector. The bank is a decisive factor in innovation, in shaping the country’s banking trends in recent years and award-winning for its innovation.

    For our IT Division, we are currently looking for an IT Risk Manager

     

    High level responsibilities and deliverables will include:

    • Contributes to the IT risk management, security assessments and IT audits

    • Support IT Management in the Application of ICT and Security Risk Management regulatory requirements within the IT Division

    • Provides IT Management with enhanced coordination and confidence regarding operational risk matters, ensuring adherence to Group Policies, Procedures, Law and Regulations (DORA)

    • Develops and maintains risk awareness and strong risk culture in the IT Division

    • Ensures compliance with all Eurobank Group Operational Risk Policies and Programs.

    • Escalates operational risk issues to the attention of IT Management.

    • Coordinates and reports on progress, status, content and completion of all operational risk programs applicable to the IT Division.

    • Coordinates the effective management of operational risk events and timely application of actions set to enhance the system of internal control in the affected area.

    • Monitors the group’s risk framework and adapts the local governance.

    • Provides follow-up on action plans for audit, group or regulatory recommendations.

    • Actively participate in audits and act as a proxy providing all information needed, collected from IT and other units in The Bank.

    • Provides periodic reports on activities and KPIs

    • Makes review of risk register.

    • Helps implementing Risk Governance Procedures.

    • Reports for IT unit on risk, audit and security matters.

     

    The appropriate candidates must fulfil the following criteria (Certificates will be an advantage):

    • Education – University degree in Computer science, Economics, Informatics, Electronics or equivalent combination of professional trainings and expertise

    • Risk, Audit or governance background, 2+ years in similar positions

    • Good leader, stress resistant, “can do” attitude, problem solver

    • Knowledge of local (European) ICT risk and security regulations (financial sector)

    • Good communication skills and excellent English command

    • Microsoft Office skills

    • Good personal organization and prioritization skills

    • Execution of the tasks in the set terms

    • Positive orientation and personal motivation

    • Attention to details
