Expert UX/UI designer in Digital Transformation Drive Division

Postbank has over 30-years’ presence as one of the leaders in Bulgaria’s banking sector. The bank is a decisive factor in innovation, in shaping the country’s banking trends in recent years and award-winning for its innovation.

For our Digital Transformation Drive Division, we are currently looking for a UX/UI designer. The ideal candidate should be able to create different mock-ups, prototypes for different bank applications and processes, lead interviews with customers and colleagues to verify different approaches for implementation of new and update of existing functionalities.

The ideal candidates must be with the proper education (University degree in Computer science, Informatics or Electronics or equivalent), to have experience in developing design for applications and to be able to motivate and lead people with proven track record of at least 3 years with UX/UI design. Prior experience with finance industries, fintech companies, SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Implement a strategy to collect and pilot the listening of clients on all customer journeys with appropriate tools & methods. Spread it across the bank.

• Advice this voice (needs, expectations, issues) considered into company strategic priorities.

• Drive/coordinate & sometimes do operational changes needed to improve CX & client satisfaction

• Design intuitive and easy-to-use Web and mobile user interfaces.

• Curate new design guidelines to establish our brand identity.

• Conduct UX analyses on our digital assets and simplify the user journey, making it also easy for potential new customers to navigate and get involved.

• Suggest and implement ideas that will improve our platform’s UX.

• Propose redesign to our current pages, giving them a new look that fits into the modern landscape.

• Create and incorporate images and illustrations that will reflect our business and values.

• Design wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes to visualize design ideas, suggestions and concepts.

• Collaborate with our internal and external developers and the marketing team to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.

• Stay updated on the latest design trends and industry practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an UX/UI designer (at least 3 years of solid experience).

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills.

• Understanding of user-centred design, design patterns and user perception.

• Capability of creating responsive designs for Web and mobile.

• Ability to sketch wireframes, user flows and prototypes.

• Strong attention to detail and the desire to always produce the best possible product.

• Proficiency with design tools.
