EXPERT CORE BANKING SYSTEMS

For our IT Division, we are currently looking for Expert Core Banking Systems.

EXPERT CORE BANKING SYSTEMS responsibilities are:

· Development, implementation, maintenance, operational support and enhancement of the core banking applications, their interfaces with other banks and payment systems (national and international) according to the standards and requirements of the business.

· API deployment, maintenance and support. Logs analysis for problems and performance trends.

· Participation in projects related to the existing core banking applications and their new releases.

· Work with the IT staff and external vendors to cover the requirements for installations of production and test environment. Ensure the respective documents/instructions for installation, operations and monitoring of the core banking applications and their interfaces.

· Participation in performance monitoring and changes of the existing solutions to keep the systems’ KPIs at the required level and in accordance with SLAs moreover to continuous improvement of IT provided services.

· Together with BA&QA unit perform the analysis of business needs for appropriate technical solutions delivering. Document and coordinate the technical specifications according to the agreed business requirements.

· Clarify the requirements with the systems vendors and the related bank units.

· Recognizes that critical IT systems must operate 24x7x365 and understands the need for availability/work outside office.

· Work with IT security experts to ensure compliance with Group security standards.

The appropriate candidates must fulfil the following criteria (Certificates will be an advantage):

·Education – University degree in Computer science, Informatics or Electronics

·Good knowledge of bank business processes and software systems;

·Good command in English – written and spoken;

·Expertise in core banking systems functionality and interfaces;

·Experience with CSoft core banking system is an advantage;

·Good knowledge of bank activities and regulations;

·Good knowledge of MS SQL

·Good knowledge of ITSM tools (Jira, Remedy, etc.)
