Desktop Administrator – Hardware & Software Support

For our IT Division, we are currently looking for a Desktop Administrator – Hardware & Software Support.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Install, imaging, configure and maintain desktop operating systems, drivers, software and end-user systems;
• Maintain workstations, printers, and other hardware and peripheral equipment;
• Act responsible for the correct acceptance, storage, inventory, issuing and disposing of all IT assets;
• Responsible for maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory book of IT assets. Keep documentation of assets and supplies issued;
• Ensure inventory accuracy for warehouse;
• Provide high-level of Support for Executives;
• Provide Audio/Video conference support for onsite/offsite presentations, events, and meetings;
• Prepares all IT equipment for release according to projects, customer requests or internal needs;
• Troubleshoot desktop computers, printers and peripherals related problems;
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree in Computer science, Informatics, Electronics or relevant;
• Experienced in hardware and software;
• Experienced in operating systems Windows 10/11;
• Must be organized and punctual;
• Problem solving and prioritizing skills;
• Very good communications skills and client oriented attitude;
• Good command of English – written and spoken;
• Ability to work in team;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Positive orientation and personal motivation;
• Experience with VIP Support is an advantage.
